The Project
CAISA executed two spray dryer installations for a client in the cheese food industry, both with an evaporation capacity of 600 kg/h using an atomiser.
The first installation is a spray dryer for food with atomiser and evaporation capacity of 600 kg/h. The second installation is a production changeover to whole milk, also with atomiser and a capacity of 600 kg/h.

Results
Both installations were successfully commissioned. CAISA’s capability to adapt the same spray dryer platform to different products demonstrates the flexibility of its designs in the food sector.
