Description
The manufacture and assembly of a tubular skid with equipment for wastewater treatment using a fully automated sterilisation process.
The skid comprises two individual, interconnected 5,000-litre installations: one acts as a storage tank, while the other works as a sterilisation reactor with a stirring operation. Both units are designed in AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished interior finish in order to ensure total cleanliness after washing, avoiding possible microbiological growth between treatment phases.
Both tanks have heat insulation to prevent heat leakage and guarantee proper functioning, in addition to energy savings. Each tank is fitted with an aseptic filter to ensure that the air entering the tanks contains an insignificant amount of bacteria. The connection tubes between tanks are also made from AISI 304 stainless steel in different diameters, as required by the service of each conduit.
Automatic auxiliary components and instrumentation are included to control the entire plant using a SCADA system designed specifically for this installation.
