The Project
CAISA’s relationship with the chemical industry in the field of spray drying dates back to 1985, when the first installation was executed for Nubiolsa Technology. Since then, CAISA has accompanied the client’s growth and technological evolution with new installations that have progressively expanded and modernised the plant’s production capacity.
The first installation (1985) is a nozzle spray dryer with an evaporation capacity of 800 kg/h, which established the baseline technology for the drying process of chemical powders. The second installation (1991) expanded capacity to 1200 kg/h through a new nozzle spray dryer incorporating the technological improvements available at that time. The third and most recent installation (2007) is a nozzle spray dryer for the chemical sector with 1000 kg/h capacity, incorporating the latest improvements in energy efficiency and process control.
