The Project
CAISA was commissioned to manufacture two large vessels for an innovative plant producing electrical and thermal energy from synthesis gas generated by the gasification of meat flour waste.
The project represented a major technical challenge: working with 253MA stainless steel, a material with high resistance to corrosion and temperature, for large-scale equipment operating under demanding thermal and chemical conditions.
The client, WTEnergy (Waste to Energy), trusted CAISA to manufacture the two central pieces of their waste-to-energy plant: the gasifier and the thermal oxidizer.

Results
The plant entered operation successfully, enabling WTEnergy to produce electrical and thermal energy cleanly from industrial waste. The equipment manufactured by CAISA proved its reliability under the most demanding operating conditions.
This project consolidates CAISA’s capability for manufacturing large equipment in special high-temperature-resistant materials, reinforcing our position in the waste-to-energy sector.
