Description
CAISA designs and manufactures industrial autoclaves for applications requiring controlled pressure and temperature conditions. Our equipment ranges from small laboratory and pilot units to large-volume process autoclaves, all designed in accordance with the ASME code. Mechanical design is carried out to order based on the client’s process parameters: temperature, pressure, volume, operating cycles and cleaning requirements.
Construction in AISI 316L ensures the corrosion resistance demanded by the pharmaceutical and food sectors. Internal surface finishes are adapted to the application: electrochemical polishing, or pickling and passivation for aggressive chemical environments. Lids can be quick-opening (bayonet, hinged or threaded), and the units are completed with instrumentation systems, certified safety valves and service connections.
Each autoclave leaves our facilities with a complete manufacturing dossier: material certificates, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), non-destructive testing results and hydrostatic test certificate. The CAISA technical team supports the client from basic engineering through to commissioning, including inspections with the notified body when equipment classification requires it.
